Getting Started

How do I create a Jethro Academy account?
Click the "Get Started" button on our homepage and fill in your name, email, and a secure password. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in and begin exploring courses immediately.
How do I enroll in a course?
After logging in, browse the course catalog and click on any course that interests you. Select your preferred plan (Individual or Team) and complete payment. You will be automatically enrolled and can start learning right away from your dashboard.
How do I navigate the learning dashboard?
Your dashboard is your learning hub. It shows all your enrolled courses, current progress, upcoming lessons, and certificates earned. Use the left sidebar to navigate between courses, your profile, and support resources.
Can I try a course before purchasing?
Yes. Each course includes a free preview of the first module so you can experience the teaching style and content quality before committing. We also offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid enrollments.
Is the platform available in French?
Yes, our entire platform, including all courses and support materials, is available in both English and French. You can switch languages at any time using the EN/FR toggle in the navigation bar. Our instructors teach primarily in French and Haitian Creole.

Courses & Learning

How do I access my course lessons?
Log in to your dashboard and click on the course you are enrolled in. Lessons are organized by module and should be completed in order. Click on any available lesson to start watching the video and accessing the accompanying materials.
How do I track my progress?
Your progress is automatically tracked as you complete each lesson. A progress bar is displayed on your dashboard for each course, showing the percentage of lessons completed. You can also view detailed progress within each module.
Can I download course resources?
Yes, most courses include downloadable resources such as PDF guides, worksheets, and study notes. Look for the download icon next to each resource within the lesson page. These materials are for your personal use and ministry application.
Videos are not playing. What should I do?
First, check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. Make sure your browser is up to date (we recommend Chrome or Firefox). If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. You can also try lowering the video quality setting.
How long do I have access to a course?
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to the course content, including any future updates to the material. There is no time limit to complete a course. Learn at your own pace, on your own schedule.

Certificates

What are the requirements to earn a certificate?
To earn a certificate, you must complete all lessons within a course and pass any required assessments or quizzes with a minimum score of 70%. Once all requirements are met, your certificate is automatically generated and added to your profile.
How do I download my certificate?
Go to your dashboard and click on "My Certificates." Select the certificate you want and click "Download PDF." Your certificate will be downloaded as a high-quality PDF document suitable for printing or digital sharing.
Can someone verify my certificate?
Yes, every certificate includes a unique verification code. Anyone can verify your certificate by visiting our verification page and entering the code. This confirms the authenticity of your achievement.
Can I share my certificate on social media?
Absolutely! Each certificate page includes sharing buttons for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. You can also download the certificate image and share it wherever you like. We encourage you to celebrate your accomplishment with your community.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. We are actively working to integrate MonCash and other mobile payment solutions. Contact us via WhatsApp for alternative payment arrangements.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase?
A receipt is automatically sent to your registered email after each purchase. You can also access all your transaction history and download receipts from the "Billing" section in your account settings.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How do I apply a coupon code?
During checkout, you will see a "Coupon Code" field. Enter your code and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment. Coupons cannot be combined and are subject to expiration dates.
How does team billing work?
Our Team/Church Access plan covers up to 10 members under a single billing account. The team admin manages member access through a shared dashboard. For larger groups or custom billing arrangements, contact us directly for a tailored plan.

Account & Profile

How do I reset my password?
Click "Login" and then "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I update my profile information?
Log in and go to "Account Settings" from your dashboard. You can update your name, email, profile photo, church affiliation, and ministry role. Changes are saved automatically. Your name will appear on any certificates you earn.
How do I manage email notifications?
Go to "Account Settings" and select "Notifications." You can control which emails you receive, including course updates, new content alerts, and promotional messages. You can also unsubscribe directly from any email by clicking the link at the bottom.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to "Account Settings" and update your email address. You will need to verify the new email before the change takes effect. Your course progress and certificates will remain associated with your account regardless of the email change.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at info@jethroacademy.org. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your course progress, certificates, and personal data. We recommend downloading your certificates before requesting deletion.

Technical Support

Which browsers are supported?
Jethro Academy works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Can I access courses on my phone or tablet?
Yes, our platform is fully responsive and works on all smartphones and tablets. Simply open your mobile browser and log in at jethro.academy. All features, including video lessons and downloadable resources, are accessible on mobile devices.
Videos are buffering or not loading. How do I fix this?
Slow video loading is usually caused by a weak internet connection. Try reducing the video quality to 480p, closing other browser tabs, or switching to a wired connection if possible. If the problem persists, try a different browser or clear your cache.
How do I clear my browser cache?
In Chrome: go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data. In Firefox: go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear Data. In Safari: go to Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data. Clearing your cache can resolve many display and loading issues.
I found a bug or have a feature request. How do I report it?
We appreciate your feedback! Please send a detailed description of the issue or suggestion to info@jethroacademy.org or reach out via WhatsApp. Include your browser name, device type, and screenshots if possible. Our team reviews all reports and works to improve the platform continuously.
