1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jethro Academy ("the Platform"), including any content, features, or services offered on or through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jethro Academy. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration

To access course content, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3 Course Access & Licensing

Upon enrollment and payment, Jethro Academy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the enrolled course content. This license is subject to the following conditions:

  • Single Course — Grants lifetime access to one specific course upon purchase.
  • Full Academy Access — Grants access to all available courses for the duration of your active subscription period.
  • Team Plan — Grants access for up to 10 named team members designated by the account administrator.

Course content is licensed for personal educational use only. You may not share, redistribute, or sublicense your access to any third party.

4 Team & Church Plan

Team and Church plan subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

  • Seats are assigned to named individuals and are not transferable between persons.
  • The account administrator is responsible for designating and managing team members.
  • If the subscription lapses or is cancelled, all team members will lose access to course content at the end of the billing period.
  • Seat reassignment may be requested by contacting support, subject to reasonable limits.

5 Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Jethro Academy does not store your payment card information.
  • Annual subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

6 Refund Policy

Jethro Academy offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team.
  • After the 14-day period, all purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.

7 Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully completing all required lessons and assessments within a course.

  • Certificates are digitally verifiable and bear a unique verification code.
  • Misrepresentation of course completion or falsification of certificates is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and certificate revocation.
  • Jethro Academy reserves the right to revoke certificates if terms are violated.

8 Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, frameworks, assessments, graphics, and written materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Jethro Academy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or share any course content outside the scope of your license.
  • Limited personal notes and excerpts for your own non-commercial use are permitted.
  • Unauthorized use of course materials may result in legal action and account termination.

9 User Conduct

As a user of Jethro Academy, you agree to the following standards of conduct:

  • Engage respectfully with all community members, instructors, and staff.
  • Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
  • Do not record, capture, or download course content through unauthorized means.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to access the Platform or its content.
  • Do not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation.

10 Termination

Jethro Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms of Service or for any conduct that Jethro Academy, in its sole discretion, considers harmful to the Platform or its users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion, your access to course content will be immediately revoked.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jethro Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall Jethro Academy's total liability exceed the total amount you have paid to Jethro Academy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12 Modifications

Jethro Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

13 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pennsylvania, USA.
